This is where you spend your days. A brand new heated in-ground pool with in-pool loungers. A cowboy pool for a quick cool-down. Fire pit with a full sectional sofa. Outdoor cinema screen for movie nights under the stars. A putting green. Fully fenced — dogs welcome. THE FRONT YARD: Wide Open Desert Sky This is where you spend your nights. The hot tub sits under unobstructed sky — stargazing from the hot tub is the single most mentioned experience in our reviews. Outdoor dining under the covered patio. Lounge chairs, a hammock swing, and Joshua Trees in every direction with mountain views to the horizon. INSIDE: Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the desert in. Space-themed artwork and curated galactic decor in every room. Full kitchen with Keurig coffee station. Comfortable beds that guests consistently call out. Marshall speaker for music. HEATING FEE: The in-ground pool can be heated to 80F degrees for an additional fee of $200/day. ☆House Rules☆ ☆ Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the guests reservation and removal from the property without a refund. ☆ No smoking inside inside the property. Feel free to smoke outside or in the backyard. Evidence of smoking in the home will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell ☆ We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property, but ask that you respect the quiet hours that are from 10pm-7am. Excessive noise outside of these hours can result in us being fined by the county and potentially having our permit revoked. Excessive noise will result in a $100 fine. ☆ Tampering with the owner’s closet or security camera is strictly prohibited and will result in a $100 fee ☆ Check out is at 10:00am. Failure to check out by the designated check out time will result in a $200 late check out fee as this impacts our cleaners schedule and day and their time is very valuable ☆ We LOVE hosting pets, however we expect guests to clean up after their pets, both inside and outside the home. If excessive amounts of hair or pet waste is left, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. ☆ Excessive hot tub dirtiness that results in drainage of the hot tub or affects the subsequent guests stay will result in an additional cleaning fee ☆Excessive amounts of garbage or dirty dishes left in the property will result in an additional cleaning fee ☆Personal items left on property☆ Prior to leaving the property, please look THOROUGHLY for your personal belongings. We are UNABLE TO SHIP ITEMS that have been left behind. We simply do not have the resources to facilitate the resources to do this. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, so please take extra time and care to make sure you have all of your belongings with you.
