The main level is all open air and mountain views. Cathedral ceilings, big A-frame windows, and French doors that open straight onto the deck. The kind of space where everyone ends up in the same room, cooking, talking, kids running around, and it never feels cramped. The fireplace is right there if you want it. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a real meal, not just reheat leftovers. MAIN FLOOR Main floor bedroom is a king with its own bathroom. If you're traveling with another couple or with grandparents, they get their own space without climbing stairs. LOFT The loft master is tucked up top. Queen bed, private bathroom, and you can hear the whole cabin winding down below you. It feels like your own little hideaway inside the house. LOWER LEVEL The lower level is the reason nobody asks "what are we doing tonight?" Pool table, arcade machine, big screen with bean bag seating, and enough neon glow to make it feel like you walked into somewhere fun. Kids disappear down here. Adults do too. There's also a bunk bed, a full bathroom, and the washer and dryer. DECK But honestly, you'll spend most of your time outside. The wrap-around porch with rocking chairs is where mornings happen. Coffee, mountain air, no agenda. And the hot tub on the lower deck is tucked in the trees, completely private. That's where the evenings go. PETS We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome 1 dog (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100 provided the dog is kept in a kennel when unattended. ☆House Rules☆ ☆ Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the guests reservation and removal from the property without a refund. ☆ No smoking inside inside the property. Feel free to smoke outside or in the backyard. Evidence of smoking in the home will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell ☆ We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property, but ask that you respect the quiet hours that are from 10pm-7am. Excessive noise will result in a $100 fine. ☆ Tampering with the owner’s closet or security camera is strictly prohibited and will result in a $100 fee ☆ Check out is at 10:00am. Failure to check out by the designated check out time will result in a $200 late check out fee as this impacts our cleaners schedule and day and their time is very valuable ☆Excessive amounts of garbage or dirty dishes left in the property will result in an additional cleaning fee ☆Reminder☆ ☆Please do not leave your food out in your vehicle (to avoid bears). ☆Bears have an insatiable appetite and an amazing sense of smell, and they consider anything with a scent to be "food." This can include canned goods, bottles, drinks, soaps, cosmetics, toiletries, trash, ice chests, sunscreen, bug repellant, fuel, items used for preparing or eating meals, etc. ☆Personal items left on property☆ Prior to leaving the property, please look THOROUGHLY for your personal belongings. We are UNABLE TO SHIP ITEMS that have been left behind. We simply do not have the resources to facilitate the resources to do this. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, so please take extra time and care to make sure you have all of your belongings with you.

THE DRIVE: The road up to the cabin is steep and winding with switchbacks. That's the trade-off for views THIS good. We strongly recommend arriving during daylight for your first trip up so you can learn the road. 4x4 or AWD is strongly recommended during winter months. Once you're settled, the drive becomes second nature. PARKING: The driveway fits 2 standard vehicles. Larger trucks or SUVs may need to park single-file. TEMPERATURE: The cabin is multi-level, so the lower game room level can run cooler than the upper floors. KITCHEN: Fully stocked for cooking with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, knives, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and basics. If you're cooking for a large group, you may want to bring any specialty items. ☆PETS☆ We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome ONLY one dog (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friend along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees. Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!
